VARSITY SOCCER Soccer has been a big part of my life. I love being part of a team where everyone depends on each other and pushes each other to improve. It’s fast, intense, and always keeps me thinking a few steps ahead. Our coaches and teammates have helped me find my strengths and grow into a key player on the varsity team these past three years at IMS.
VARSITY GOALIE I’ve been the varsity goalie for three years, and I love the challenge that comes with it. Being in goal means staying focused, calm, and ready for anything. It’s taught me how to handle pressure, think fast, and trust my instincts. This season, I’ve kept an almost perfect record, letting in only two goals all year. It’s pushed me to stay sharp, confident, and always ready for the next play.

MVP 〰️ BASKETBALL 〰️
VARSITY BASKETBALL MVP Basketball pushes me to move, think, and respond in real fast time. I love the energy of the game and the rhythm that comes from teamwork. Being named MVP was an honor, but the best part is how much the sport brings people together and keeps me pushing to improve.
VARSITY SOFTBALL CAPTAIN As captain, I lead with positivity and encouragement. I love the balance between focus and fun that softball brings, and how every play depends on trust and communication. Leading my team has helped me grow as both a player and a teammate.
Marathon Runner
HALF MARATHON RUNNER It all started when my dad became an ultrarunner and wanted someone to train with. I joined him, not really knowing what I was getting into, but I ended up finishing a half marathon- something I never imagined I could do! We ran the Steel Rail Marathon in Berkshire County- I was the youngest runner there! Training together showed me what it means to stay consistent, even on the days you don’t feel like it. Running has become my space to clear my head. It’s quiet time where I can think, push myself, and find a rhythm that’s just mine.
Leadership
BOARDING PREFECT They say I was made for this role! I was honored to be elected as a boarding prefect. I understand what new students are going through and how to help. Seeing their perspective lets me support them through the same challenges I’m learning to navigate. Living in a dorm allows me to see all the sides to people, at their worst and at their best – shaping me into a leader that leads with empathy rather than authority. Through my experiences, I've learned leadership isn't about being in charge but rather about being someone others can trust. I am a supportive leader that you can always count on and approach in need. I put my words into action, allowing people to be seen, heard, and loved. I love my community, and whether I’m organizing the dorm, checking in on someone, or lifting spirits, it reminds me how much I enjoy this role.
Performance & Creative Arts
PIANO SOLOIST I grew up surrounded by music and started playing piano when I was five. I focused mostly on classical pieces for years, which taught me patience, discipline and expression. Performing solo feels personal. It’s just me and the music, and it always brings me back to myself.
JAZZ BAND Joining the jazz band completely changed how I think about music. After years of classical piano, learning to improvise and play by ear felt like discovering a new language. I love how everyone listens and reacts to each other. It’s all about rhythm, teamwork, and trust. Playing jazz has made me more creative, in tune, and open whenever I sit down at the piano.
THEATER I’ve been on stage and behind the scenes, helping with sound, lights, and set design, and working on the creative team. I helped write and produce an original play at school, which showed me how much teamwork, timing, and creativity it takes to bring a story to life. It was one of my favorite experiences because it combined what I love most: collaboration, storytelling, and imagination.
ARTIST I make digital and fine art that plays, pulling inspiration from nature, my travels, and the books and music I love. I work in pencil, ink, watercolor, acrylic, and Adobe Photoshop & Fresco. I’m always experimenting to find new textures and stories. Check out my recent work in my portfolio.
Projects & Service
AID TO UKRAINE Being part Ukrainian, my mom and I felt a strong need to help when the war began. We organized a community effort to collect and send supplies to families in Ukraine. My class and I painted sunflowers of peace and tucked them into the boxes. Neighbors, friends, and classmates all joined in. My mom donated 3,000 shampoo & soap bars and helped collect essentials from the community. It reminded me how small actions can add up when people work together.
WEBSITE I’ve been building my website as a place to share my art, music, and projects. It’s also a way to show how creativity and community can come together and hopefully inspire others to build something of their own.
What’s coming in the future… book reviews, fresh artwork and projects, maybe even a blog if I can find the time between school and activities!
I’ll also be sharing updates as I start my next big adventure:
high school
